What is Time control in chess?
The amount of time each player has to complete their moves.
Classical chess gives each player 90 minutes or more. Rapid is typically 15-30 minutes. Blitz is 3-5 minutes. Bullet is 1-2 minutes. Faster time controls lead to more mistakes but more exciting games.
